    That's true. But they're on low doses of steroids, likely Dianabol. Modern bodybuilders take 100 or even a 1000 times more.

You can get better results from anadrol because the dosages are higher, but taking 30mg of dianabol will get nice results while taking 30mg of androl will get next to nothing.

    Before saying my comment is "retarded," learn some chemistry. On a milligram for milligram basis Dbol is far stronger than anadrol.

  • ACTUALLY THIS IS kinda weak for someone on steroids.. Im all NATURAL, 224lbs.. My squat workout last night was a personal record. Did full parallel squats down to a bench press seat so i know they were parallel. Did 365 for 10, 365 for 10, and then 5 mins later did 365 for 10 on last set...I used no knee wraps or squat suit.

  • @eminemshow31 All the way down produces a spring like effect which is actually easier.. Having the strength to stop the weight at exactly parallel requires more strength then going all the way down. So in reality alot of people cant use the same weight and go parallel that they use to go all the way down below parallel because they dont have the strength to stop the weight at parallel. All the way down is therefore easier and is very decieving.

  • Keeping in mind tht in those days guys were not expected to have thighs as big as today, they simply needed to look like they at least trained them. At that time period both guys had good legs. In 1975 Arnold was not as good as he was in 1974. 74 Arnold had decent legs for his time period. I actually kind of like the look of the 70's ratio of legs vs. upper body. Lots of the IFBB guys these days have such massive thighs its uncomfortable for regular daily life.

  • @meathead320 yeah word. back then in the 1970s, bodybuilding imo was at its best because the muscularity, symmetry, and proportions were perfect. today you see guys who are just unproportionate and asymmetrical. kinda "extreme" looking. arnold's body, franco columbu's body, etc are much better than today's bodybuilders like ronnie coleman and jay cutler. lol just my 2 cents opinion

  • @Streetguyz1 nope, weightlifting does not stunt anyones growth whatsoever. there are many people who lift weights at an early age, including myself ( i started at age 13 i was 5'7, im 17 now and im 5'11) and are as tall as 6 ft or more. weightlifting CAN stunt your growth and WILL stunt your growth ONLY if you use improper form which will lead to an INJURY that may cause a stunt in your growth.

  • @SmexyPC i personally cant prove you why cuz i didnt start that early (i started at 16-17) but based off of what Ive read and seen - there was a study in a fitness magazine with different twins - there were 10 twins reviewed in teh study with photos - and 8 out of 10 twins - the one who started weight lifting at age 12-13 was shorter but of course buffer than other twin - who was average joe looking but definitely taller. The photos were taken when they were age 21 and the height diff is clear

  • Maybe you werent weight lifting bodybuilder style at 13-14 - if you were lifting and aerobics to be lean/swimmer's body then its a different story - you should grow taller with that. If you are bicepping, doign leg workouts, aerobics, treadmills, should be awesome for growth, but if youre doing arnold workouts and bench pressing and all that - there is a risk of height stuntation. (According to several health sources) Who knows could be bullshit but i'd rather wait 3 years rather than risk it.

  • The simple fact is that taller guys who are 6'0 and above will have trouble with flexibility issue concerning squats. You see arnold not squatting all that way like ED is doing. Taller guys have to find a groove in order to develop their leg workout with pace.
