So in reality alot of people cant use the same weight and go parallel that they use to go all the way down below parallel because they dont have the strength to stop the weight at parallel. Leg day makes a man out of you. There are times when you feel like you want to die but you still need to complete 2 more sets. Thats the mental pressure.
Everytime I hit the heavy squats I always think about this scene and it motivates the hell out of me. Like an imaginary Arnold telling me to get serious at my 2 last sets of heavy squats.
