So This pretty mush kombines 3 images into one that blinks right? (Im thinking of adding blinking to my show so i was just wondering)

I tried, but all i can do is move the eyes. I can't make them smaller. is it possible to improvise?

Well you could just try drawing smaller eyes. I don't really know...

Can you use Paint Tool Sai to do this?

I don't know, you'll have to experiment, but I don't see why not. Just find the right tools and you should be fine.

Not sure on Sai, but there should be an option when you right-click on one later.

The first time it shows the image it might be slow because it's still loading it. Watch it a couple of times before you save. :3
