@TimRuben try using a medicine ball about 10lbs one and then use that to put your hands and push through..you will feel it in the chest for sure. Or do closer to your body and down by your chest and push from there.

I'm 12 and I do 100kg lifts everyday 50 times , then I go for a 2 our run along the hills with my dad and when I get back i do 250 push ups and 300 sit-ups, then sprint down to school and do 200 pullups, I also take some cramp/stiffness powder to stop the muscles hurting, if you have any comments feel free to post them, I will sort stuff out!

The several work-out i do: Curl 35 or 40 on each side and do 6-sets. When i finish those sets i do 10 push-up-similar like the avatar in this video. @Forgeth3Bulletz Hey i've had that before to and u may not feel it but it is working ive been working out for a farely long time and i have gotten results from it, one other suggestion i would have for you is decline push ups which can help as well if ur not sure on how to do those just look them up, hope this has helped.

If you vary your hand placement you work a difrent portion of your chest. the wider I place my hands the more I feel it in my overall chest. Close hands work more of my tri-ceps and middle chest but I do at least 40 every set min .
@MrDosz 3 sets of 8-10 if you're only going for muscle and 3 sets of 12-15 if you're trying to lose weight is what i generally see for any muscle workout. but the only way you could do something bad by doing more is pulling a muscle or overworking yourself.

The several work-out i do: Curl 35 or 40 on each side and do 6-sets. When i finish those sets i do 10 push-up-similar like the avatar in this video. When i do push-up i have my hand a little closer, but now on I'm gone start doing push-up like the avatar did. Seem like it will give you a good work-out.

i do 5 sets of 20 but i dont ever feel much on my chest just my biceps triceps and shoulders barely any on my chest, and im doing it right i just dont feel much on my chest, any help?

@Forgeth3Bulletz Hey i've had that before to and u may not feel it but it is working ive been working out for a farely long time and i have gotten results from it, one other suggestion i would have for you is decline push ups which can help as well if ur not sure on how to do those just look them up, hope this has helped.

@Forgeth3Bulletz ur chest is probably stronger so until ur ur biceps,triceps and shoulders get the same strength then ur chest will start to take effect...if not then lol

@Forgeth3Bulletz Do more push ups in the Army to max I must do 77 in 2 min with no break. If you vary your hand placement you work a difrent portion of your chest. the wider I place my hands the more I feel it in my overall chest. Close hands work more of my tri-ceps and middle chest but I do at least 40 every set min .

i now have the ability to do more than 3 push ups lol is it good to do 4 sets of 10 for a starter?

@MrDosz 3 sets of 8-10 if you're only going for muscle and 3 sets of 12-15 if you're trying to lose weight is what i generally see for any muscle workout. but the only way you could do something bad by doing more is pulling a muscle or overworking yourself.
