I had a warhammer of paralisys and since im a battlemage i use one handed so i disenchanted it and enchant my ebony sword with it..........best sword ever :D if you put the time to like 2 second you have like 300 charges on it and there is a 50% chance that they will drop on the ground...now make your ebony sword become legendary and you will rape anything :D

@2797DANIEL in some ways it is, in some ways it isnt. Wabbajack can be used on dragons, but at the same time it is... well... unpredictable as shit, making it kinda tough to use "strategically". I hope that reasoning makes some sense, there is a pretty solid chance it doesnt :P
