Ever since I've loved making videos, I don't really have friends at school,or much In general, but that has changed, i have many now, 17 to be exact, they all are super nice, never mean, we never fight, and we have so much fun making videos together.I think they have more fun, cuz after all, they're the stars ;)

im 15, when i was younger i never had "nice dolls" my grandma would buy me a $5 baby doll for christmas and it would break mid year, i would be devistated. I had 4 American girl dolls. They had a little room in the back of my closet I set up for them. Last year my mom made me pack them up and put them in the attic because she thought 13 was too old.

Part- 1 I just turned 12 and this video and stephenswodadancer changed my life. I have had Felicity an american girl doll sense i was 8. Of course i didnt care then what people say. then last summer before i was in 6th grade, i decided thay were way tooo little girlish foe mee, because no one else had them. I started liking AG when i was nine. Then i stopped liking them like a year later when i was ten. I dont know why, but i just did. Then i found out my cousins loved american girl dolls when i was 11. @mandygirl361 Just keep going. If you like it, do it. Just find a way to make money and keep collecting. Heck, I'm a guy, an old guy. A few years ago (2 decades or so ) I decided that since I was earning my own money, then all my boy dolls needed a few Barbie girlfriends, so I started. I kept them in cardboard boxes in a closet, but when I took them out, I didn't care what anybody thought.

AG dolls are just special to me and i have always wanted them as a child, so when was old enough to began buying them on my own i was thrilled. its therapeutic and fun for me. dont be ashamed girls, if it makes you happy continue to do so. i have five in total currently.

It can be hard sometimes but it's worth it! If your dad makes fun of u, just smile and say, "haha, well u and I have different opinions." -I also have a few dolls from the 40's and 50's and some modern ones. I am proud to be in love with dolls. The AG and MA dolls have a little room I have made just for them in my living room. They are all Girl Scouts

I have been thinking. And Im just amazed on how creative I have gotten since I played with dolls. Like everything I see thats "miniature" I think of it as something to add to the mini world of dolls. And my writing. Dolls have inspired me to become a writer, I may not be good at it but its part of my creativity. Also I got into photography with dolls. Its fun and unique. I never realized how much inspiration a little eighteen inch doll could give me... <33 -Sarah.

I kow someone that played with ag dolls and got teased. She told me that she cut herself because of the loneliness. In 2010 she commited suicide.:'( I only wish she could have seen this video.

I'm a teenager, and I absolutely love dolls. Like many people, I lost intrest for about a year, and then discovered AG YouTube, I had started video making, so i tried a video out myself. Ever since I've loved making videos, I don't really have friends at school,or much In general, but that has changed, i have many now, 17 to be exact, they all are super nice, never mean, we never fight, and we have so much fun making videos together.I think they have more fun, cuz after all, they're the stars ;)

im 10 and i had friends that had ag dolls, but last summer I moved away and others would probably laugh at me and make me feel alone I don't wanna tell them cuz I'm too afraid and I'm in 5th grade laugh at me all you want at least this is my home... im 15, when i was younger i never had "nice dolls" my grandma would buy me a $5 baby doll for christmas and it would break mid year, i would be devistated. This happend to all the dolls my family bought me when i was younger, no matter how carefull i was. i almost gave up on dolls completly, but when i learned about ag dolls i was so happy they didn't break in just a few months. I love my AG dolls :P

I ended up crying when this video finished . I was so, nervous , of taking my dolls outside, i hide them in a bag when i go to the american girl place and take them out when i get there . Not any more. This video made a switch for me . <3

Part- 2 then i was becoming more open w/ my friends & i started watching stephenswodadancers videos. I changed 3 of my friends life including my own. I started playing more w/ my dolls and wasnt too embarassed. Now i have a bunch of stuff and are still getting more too this day. Part- 1 I just turned 12 and this video and stephenswodadancer changed my life. I have had Felicity an american girl doll sense i was 8. Of course i didnt care then what people say. then last summer before i was in 6th grade, i decided thay were way tooo little girlish foe mee, because no one else had them. Then @ the begining of 6th grade i accicdentally left one on my bed when my friend came over. She thought that was cool then i found out she had one 2 =)

@charlrocks101 My parents looked at dolls as a waste of their money, but then I made a stopmotion video, and they were amazed. They have been suporting me in making videos, and no loger see dolls being a waste of space, so try to make a stopmotion, and see what he thinks then. Hope this helps!

I started liking AG when i was nine. Then i stopped liking them like a year later when i was ten. I dont know why, but i just did. Then i found out my cousins loved american girl dolls when i was 11. She asked if our dolls could have a playdate (shes nine right now, ten in december) and i said it was ok. THAT CHANGED MY LIFE. Ever since then, i love american girl dolls and never want to leave them :) thank you cousin!!! :D

I was really afraid of having my friends over to my house because I still play with dolls and i thought they'd make fun of me but when they came over they loved my american girl doll they even started playing with her! i was soo happy that they were supported me. They are really good friends, i had nothing to worry about and now i know that they are my true friends for life.xx

@mandygirl361 Just keep going. If you like it, do it. Just find a way to make money and keep collecting. Heck, I'm a guy, an old guy. A few years ago (2 decades or so ) I decided that since I was earning my own money, then all my boy dolls needed a few Barbie girlfriends, so I started. I kept them in cardboard boxes in a closet, but when I took them out, I didn't care what anybody thought.

I am 25 and i collect American girl dolls. you are never to old to stop loving dolls. AG dolls are just special to me and i have always wanted them as a child, so when was old enough to began buying them on my own i was thrilled. its therapeutic and fun for me. dont be ashamed girls, if it makes you happy continue to do so. i have five in total currently.

I love dolls! (I have 6 ags and want another) well it does feel weird being 12 now soo... idk but that's just who I am. my cousin whos a boy has 2 ags. he's 12 too. but he saw the 'channels you may like' or whatever and said they were weird. @mandygirl361 Don't EVER let anyone intimidate u into not doing what u love! If somebody gives u crap about playing with dolls, let it roll right off your back! It can be hard sometimes but it's worth it! If your dad makes fun of u, just smile and say, "haha, well u and I have different opinions." -I am waaay past the traditional doll age (60) and love my dolls. I have 2 AG dolls. Molly and a 1997 AGoT named Aimee Greyce. Molly's new name is Mariah Collette. The 3rd member of this troop is a Madame Alexander named Savanna Rose. She was a special edition through Avon.
-I also have a few dolls from the 40's and 50's and some modern ones. I am proud to be in love with dolls. The AG and MA dolls have a little room I have made just for them in my living room. They are all Girl Scouts

Start with just surfing AG's website or reading their catalogue while your parents are around. Do that more and more, and hopefully they'll get the idea. Hey, maybe even show them this video!
