You can simply jump from piece to piece of the walls/buildings in a city, and out over the walls.

It's not hard.

I've been everywhere in Tameriel, I strongly recommend Hammerfell, it seems to be the only other province that is completely solid with no drops, no "walls" (like what you see in the video), and very few disappearing graphics. The only province that isn't present is the Summerset Isles.

i think the easiest way is to use the acrobatics cheat and put it to 255 (highst possible lvl for all skills, stats and lvl). If you look up a video this guy actually rides into morrow wind...ofcourse you dont see anything like buildings yet as its still a work in progress...so ive been told. It's blocked off but in 2-3 years time morowind and the rest of the map you cant originally go to wil be open to the public with loads of new quests and stuff...cant wait...morrowind in oblivion...hah
