@Nanovirus5995 Not very. They can sense changes in the water(i.e pH and temperature) and 'perceive' light on some basic level(and only to avoid dehydration), but they don't even have a brain, really. Just a ganglion/concentrated cluster of nerves located at the anterior end. They don't even have pain receptors, and any auditory stimulus can only be interpreted from the changes the sound waves induce upon the water in which they're in.
@GCS2Master if you have a fish tank you can get some gravel for it and a fish and in 5 months you will have planaria thats the only way i know how to get them
