The layout on this thing sucks. The drop of course is great but after that it's a whole bunch of curves. IMO The intimidator at carowinds coming out in the same year is going to be a lot better.

i305 is NOT better than mf cause i305 has bulky harnesses while mf has good lapbars. and also mf has 2 dark tunnels and 2 overbanked turns. does i305 have any of those. i dont think so

Who gives a crap that i305 has a steeper drop than mf. the important thing is that mf is OVER 1000 feet longer than i305 and is a bit faster. i305 DOES NOT stand a chance to mf. end of story

Testdrive98, you are wrong. I305 indeed has a steeper drop than MF. MF has a 80 degree drop while I305 has a 85 degree drop. Also, this is definitely not a copy of MF. MF is WAAAAAAAAY more spread out while ours is more compact with quick changes in direction. This beast has 6 airtime hills compared to MF's 3 airtime hills. So there...

I really don't see much resemblance to a mega lite. It's pretty much just a great drop, two good looking airtime hills, and a whole bunch of abrupt changes in direction.

This doesn't look that great! Just one simple drop and a bunch of curves. Don't get me wrong; the drop would be amazing; but the rest of the ride looks okay. I'd rather ride the Intimidator at Carwoinds.

Intimidator has a steeper drop than Millie, the same length of drop as Millie, and has a longer ride time than Millie.  I have no clue how you can say Millie is better.

Yeah, it does have a steeper drop by like 5 degrees but still Millie has a better layout, IMO, and is faster. How exactly is this longer then Millennium Force either? This is like a minute and Millie is 2 minutes.

Millie's layout consists of 2 hills, 2 helix's, and about 50 over banked turns. Intimidator has a unique compact. layout never seen on any coaster before. The official website puts the coaster at 3 minutes long, much longer than Millie, computer models are always a bit more past to exaggerate the pace of the ride. Another advantage is theming, Force has a baseless theme while Intimidator is based after the best race car driver of all time.

Well, Force is not really themed after anything except the year 2000 but Intimidator doesn't really match up w/ it's theme either. I mean it might use the right colors for the race car driver but doesn't really do anything besides that w/ the theme (like Millie too). I also think it could've used some tunnels or more airtime hills. And from what it looks like in a layout pic, Intimidator also has 2 hills.

The whole queue and the area around Intimidator will be themed, and I have even heard it will feature one of the cars Earnhardt raced in. Sounds like good theming to me. Intimidator actually has 5 airtime hills, most are hidden within the various twists in turns. Please look at the actual track layout on the Intimidator website. As for Tunnels, Tunnels have nothing to do with racing, so I just don't see how they could fit in.

Calling some of those hills "airtime hills" is pretty generous. besides this layout is almost exactly the same as every other intamin mega lite just bigger and far worse. imo they could've done a lot more with 300 feet

They could have done a lot less then build a GIGA COASTER!!! You guys are acting so spoiled, 2 years after getting Dominator, KD gets a giga coaster, and you are disappointed? Good Lord. As for calling some of the hills airtime hills, take that up with KD, I got that straight from the Intimidator website.

I mean they could've done more with the speed of a 305ft drop then some flat curves and 3 hills, other than the first drop you get the same thing from any Intamin Mega Lite

First the drop is not 305, it is 300, the same as Millennium Force with a steeper drop! Obviously, you have not ridden a mega-lite because they pack some of the greatest airtime ever. Robb Alvey of TPR compared the airtime of a mega-lite to that of Superman: Ride of Steel which is number one ranked in the world. A mega-lite times three is going to be wicked.

You said it has a 305 feet DROP, yes it is 305 feet tall. But, that does not really matter, the DROP matters. And, the drop is 300 feet just like Millennium Force's drop is, but with a steeper angle. Nice job on the stats, I would suggest you check out the actual site or rcdb before you embarrass yourself any further.
