I think she is mistaken about Adele not having soul, i think her voice is more reminiscent of the early soul and jazz singers nina, ella, aretha, billie, than amy and herself. Estelle has a very modern pop and r&b voice, which although very good, does not stand her in a position to dismiss that Adele has soul, She is right about Duffy though, who isnt really a soul singer. All good though, no disresprect!
