that last bit of advise was really good, cos im allergic to raw fruit, raw veg and raw nuts, but when i say that people think its an excuse for not eating my greens. and when i have a reaction i hide it, and not tell any one. thankyou !! x

thanks this video helped me alot just in the past day i became allergic to a couple things that i dont know yet but i have noticed peanuts what is one of my favorite food really makes my body freak out.
