but it is harder to do than regular hadoken,it's a different button combination.regular hadoken is qcf+punch,and red hadoken is hcf+punch.btw.akuma has gou hadoken which has same button combination and power as an regular hadoken

No difference really. If you are planning on playing with a joypad, then PS3 is the way to go but no-one should play fighting games on anything other than a fighting stick.
