This is one of Bloc Party's best songs. It gives me chills thinking about the subject matter. @smogwhy - the S41 lyric is correct - this is an experimental HIV medication, which would fit in more appropriately with the rest of the lyrical content.

@pfaffster302 It sounds like SW1 to me, and that goes perfectly with the lyrics because it is a very wealthy part of London. It clearly does not sound like he says S41 at all to me. I mean, just listen to it. You can definitely hear him say the letter W.

On the other hand, maybe Kele made it ambiguous on purpose.
