ab rotations, feet up sitting on your butt, move your hands from your left side to your right side. As many as you can for 1 minute.

Use a chair for your Triceps. By doing a backwards push up with you face away from the seat of the chair. You can also use 2 chairs to do dips .Put two chairs together with the backs facing towards each other with a space in between for your self and put your hands on top of the back of the chair and do dips. This helps build the shoulders and your deltoids.
sit ups and push ups every day, if your really weak, 20 situps and 10 pushups, after a week or so, 40 situps 20 pushups, and then do 2 sets of 30 situps and 15 pushups, etc...
chin ups are probably the best "casual" exercise. Plus, u can do them on staircase railings, the top of a door (careful not to lose your fingers) and even the bar on your shower curtains.
lower body without running is silly phill. but to humor you, alternate wall sits and up downs. walls sit: brace yourself against a wall in a sitting position for as long as you can. i like listening to music while i do this just to see how many songs i can get through before i have to stop. try to keep your legs bent at a 90 degree angle. then stand up and walk it off for a little. then do up downs. from a standing position go to a pushup position and back as fast as you can. ta da!

burpees, jumping jacks, pushups, body weight squats
do an exercise for 20 secs, rest for 10 secs then move on to the next. repeat for a total of four min. google an exercise if you dont know how to do it.

Use a chair for your Triceps. By doing a backwards push up with you face away from the seat of the chair. You can also use 2 chairs to do dips .Put two chairs together with the backs facing towards each other with a space in between for your self and put your hands on top of the back of the chair and do dips. This helps build the shoulders and your deltoids.

sit ups and push ups every day, if your really weak, 20 situps and 10 pushups, after a week or so, 40 situps 20 pushups, and then do 2 sets of 30 situps and 15 pushups, etc...

chin ups are probably the best "casual" exercise. Plus, u can do them on staircase railings, the top of a door (careful not to lose your fingers) and even the bar on your shower curtains.

lower body without running is silly phill. but to humor you, alternate wall sits and up downs. walls sit: brace yourself against a wall in a sitting position for as long as you can. i like listening to music while i do this just to see how many songs i can get through before i have to stop. try to keep your legs bent at a 90 degree angle. then stand up and walk it off for a little. then do up downs. from a standing position go to a pushup position and back as fast as you can. ta da!
