nope....d gap is ALWAYS for defensive ends

at least for the strong side

if u r on the strong side ur gap is C

if u are on the weak side ur gap is B

UNLESS a play which must specify ur gap is called other wise u control C or B

yeah typically defensive end will take d gap only on strong side though because d gap is outside a tight end... you would only take d gap if a play called for you to and for the end to take c

c or b gap if your outside linebacker if u run 4-3 but d gap if strong side if you run 3-4 for an outside linebacker it all depends what side is the strong side on the field
