So where are all the people who bitched when he did this to bush bitching now becuase "you can't talk that way about the president" I guess they meant their president what a country
@darkwarriorkane Seriously?? There are far too many who attack him, on both sides of the aisle. Personally, I'm glad he's fair that way. He respects this President, but will call him out when he believes it is necessary. I think more people need to get their heads out of the whole "My team or die" bullshit and care about the country and the people IN IT.
@MiniRtist I agree with you my point was this proves those peoples argument was a crock they didn't care about the president just theirs personally I think keith is the only real news out there. Yes he may get a little long winded but all in all I like his style
@MiniRtist exactly I use to think these people were just proud americans who didn't want to see any one denigrating those in command during a war. I could of understood that. However to see that is was more political in fight just saddens me. Once a little under ten years ago we were united together and now it's back to business as always. Why is it only tragedy that unites us.
@darkwarriorkane Because they feel it is THEIR country, so their "team" should always be in power - even if it means the destruction of democracy and all this nation stands for. And that, my dear friend, is twisted.
Well said. I am always amazed how a political party supported and supposedly drive by religious ideals is so quick to turn away from “the least of us.”
I have never agreed with KO so completely. He has almost always hit the nail on the head and called to light to some of the ignorance and arrogance of us humans but this, as so many others have said here, should be heard by EVERYONE in this Nation. I'm sure his detractors will cut, gnarl and otherwise find fault with this comment but to those that would, they are just exactly the in-compassionate, greed driven, wholly selfish and self-righteous that are damaging America so severely.
No decent person could possibly object to this. Well said Mr Olbermann.

@darkwarriorkane Ah. I see what you mean. They're the same ones who didn't care about deficit spending when BUSH was doing it. Agreed.

The courage to speak the truth, used to be merely the mark of what it is to be a man.
Now, sadly, it is the mark of what it takes to be an American hero.

Thank you Jackie Robinson for the epic quote and thank you Keith for this poignant special comment!

OLBERMANN 2016!!!! Shit if Sarah Palin can run why not Keith?

I am afraid the people who run this country are too interested in material wealth to even consider this point. More's the pity.

Keith Olbermann has had several very good Special Comments over the years, this night's is no exception.
Sad that this Comment would very likely fall on many deaf ears if heard.
