First M.F.Hussain has every right to paint whatever he wants. A mature civilized society does not censor art. But the government and media should not honour such a blatantly insulting artist. The Kerala government awarded the Ravi Verma award to Hussain and NDTV 'shortlisted' Hussain for the Bharat Ratna. Only a hypocritical media can find Hussain's art fit for the Bharat Ratna. The same media condemned the Danish cartoons of Muhammad. Ridiculous hypocrisy.

Hmm don't know which legal system allows such a system of recklessness. If a painter decides to paint me naked, he can, and all I can do is either look at it or not look at it. Sorry but thankfully the law is much more sensible then that. There r limitations under the category of violence, sexual material, Hate crimes etc. Needless to say MF Hussein violated that; although he is using the loopholes in the law to evade punishment, or put himself in self exhile not to face it.
