@Fragem420 The constant need of nicotine is because the basis that you were smoking on. I't isn't addictive you just love the way it feels the way it take's your mind off of things that's all. It's not a bad thing just smoke once a day and no cancer :). My grandpa made it all the way to 84 because once a day smoking. No need to quit you need to cut down and that's all. :D (: It's and easy fix and a win win situation :)
I'd like to know when this was filmed. The video was posted on 4 Jan 2010, but I highly doubt that tobacco execs would say that these days. It would just be too absurd for them to say. Most of them say things like "oh, we know it's not healthy but people have a right to choose pleasure over health if they want" these days. A date would be interesting.

It blows my mind what a greedy world I live in, that people in suits (so they look respectable to society) can be partly responsible for killing 5 million people a year all so they can bow to the almighty dollar.

What more proof does one need that people will go to any length or say anything in order to make billions even when it is at the expense of human lives? Around 5.4 million deaths a year are caused by tobacco, so this goes beyond just being addictive. Why does the media make such a big deal out of someone who kills 4 or 5 people but 5.4 million a year just keeps getting shoved under the rug?
Nicotine is not addictive(just the plant) what is addictive is the additions that producers of cigarretes add to make it addictive so the demand increases. Most people don't have a clue that cigarretes are not pure tobacco
