I always do that since I was a kid I really don't know about it before but try to focus your mind and say to yourself,"I will heal" If you have brainwaves like I do you should feel like there is some kind of electrical energy flowing in your body from head to toe.I'm not joking I do this everyday so I'm used to it.Now I try to get to a higher level,I focus those brainwaves in my hand and try to control matter. I am glad there are others investing time on finding alternative healing as it is all per molecular levels of energies, vibratiomns that do make the mind see another way to heal plus the energies that cause war, can also cause healing!
