look, as a yankee fan i understand that if you're not a yankee fan, you hate the yankees. i'm okay with that, who wouldn't hate the team that wins every year? what i'm not okay with is people spreading lies about the franchise. the yankees win championships because they have nucleus players (pettite, jeter, mariano, you get the idea) the free agents were simply missing pieces to the puzzle that we desperately needed.
