Thanks for the comment. Most of the older material (newspapers, reports, and engineering drawings) I found refer to the bridge as "Outer Drive Bridge." One of the design engineers (Hugh Young) referred to it as the "Outer Link Bridge" in a 1935 Chicago Trib article. Lake Shore Dr. seems to be most commonly used now.
Official name is "Link Bridge"
