It's about 3 brothers who were invited to a party but they were told not to scratch in their respective allergy spots, so once they were eating, some salt got into their allergy spot, so the brother with the neck allergy said "what's wrong with you?" (while moving his head like that, to scratch his spot) the other one responded "nothing, nothing" (again, while scratching his spot) and finally the third one said"let's get out of here!" while scratching his.
