do you mean the "grrrrr" sound? it's easier if you're a Hebrew speaker :-).
try to do RRR sound but without the voice, just blowing out air.
this should sound like a cat purring... as you blow out air the back of the tongue should be hitting the back of the roof of your mouth (something like when You're going to spit out mucus). this is the same motion of the Hebrew R sound... somewhat like a Russian rolling Rrr.
