@valtradriver1 it is in fact a V6. VR6 is just the name they had for the older models with this engine, like the bora VR6.

it has the same engine design, with 6 cylinders where the 2 sides are very close to each other (i think 15 degrees angle) for smaller size.

if u see the engine photo, u can see how close the 6 spark plugs are to each other. almost inline, but still there is 15 degree angle

the interior is better than the 04 but not the body style. and all new R32s are automatic here in hawaii. i like the 04s cus they are stick shift. its cool to see one cus there is only 10. well 20 with the 04s and 08s is every state.

Well Opel may look simple but the older inline 6 engiens sound and go like platinum...wonderfull engines! And much more reliable than any VW R32 or VR6---I had VR 6, this engine was not reliable. A friend had an R32 with DSG after 100.000 KM he had to replace the transmission for 3000 Euros !!!

No VW has lost quality!

they come in DSG basiclly a so called manual wit out a clutch lol n they come in 6 speed manual, but thats in oz depends where u live i think, im looking for one in manual at the moment acturally :D

actually there is a clutch but its inside the tranny...you dont actually have to do anything...just press the paddle :)...fast ass shifting but im still rockin the 6spd manual gti ..wayyyyy more fun

The recaros are really smart looking...and reasonably priced.. they are so comfy and supportive but they are the worst made seats imaginable. They WILL fall apart and creek so bad. Still nice to have and really set off the interior.

i dont kno where u get ur facts from.. lets put it this way theyr the best seats out there and dont get better than that, if u take a look at all elite motorsports- dtm, wrc, porsche cup etc they all use recaros and u get the hint that there must be a reason why. so if u claimin they will fall apart, what does that say bout other seats on market? get ur facts right!!

What facts have I got wrong you muppet? I have had to bring the seats to get stripped and glued 3 times in 14000 miles and still they are not fixed. They still arent right because they are poorly designed so there is no easy fix. They have only made this type of seat in the last few years and have had loads of problems (RS4 etc). Just because RECARO have a good reputation doesnt make them infalible.

Those seats are European-spec. You can't get them in the United States...unfortunately.

ive seen quite a few r32's on the road, and okay - maybe an optional extra, but... how could you not want those recaro bucket seats? them buckets are exclusive to vag cars only, dont bother buying an r32 if you not gona want them recaros!!
