This whole thing makes me laugh. Obama has shit loads of money cause he renegaded on an agreement regarding public financing as he is not governed by the rules that Mccain is is bound too Obama and Michele can wear what they want without us ever learning of the price because Mccain has to be accoutable the items are listed and available for the public. Sarah Palin is an attractive lady. She does not have to dress like she is a start going to the academy awards to look good.

She's tried to promote herself as an average person, as a "hockey mom." You can look very good, without sending $150,000 on clothing.

To me, it makes no difference if it was Palin or the Republican Party that spent the money. Using that much on clothes was not an appropriate way to spend Party money.

Palin and the Republicans made this an issue by wildly excess spending orgy. The issue is not the clothes she wears, but the outrageous cost of the clothes. This strikes to judgment, or lack of judgment on her part, and on the part of her Republican campaign people. This does not show good respect for people who sacrificed to make things work for the Republican Party.

I am not a Democrat. In my opinion, there are no ideal candidates in this election.

Sarah Palin is NOTHING compare to Imelda Marcos. Trust me. I'm filipina and i know how much clothes and shoes Imelda acquired when she was first lady. Sarah Palin gets her clothes in a store called "out of the closet" and her shoes from "shoe fly" in Alaska. All her clothes and shoes worn during campaign will be donated to charities after the election and that was decided before they made a big deal on how much they spent on her. Nothing wrong with looking good.

Donating the clothing to charity does not excuse misuse of money. She has not been a good steward of the money from the Party, so it is unlikely she would be a good steward of Government money.

While I am not a McCain fan, he does not scare me much. I've lived through Reagan and Bush, so it takes a lot to frighten me. Sarah Palin concerns me! I am concerned about her lack of experience, her judgment, and her character. That is like three strikes and you are out.

That concerns me. To be honest, he would not be my ideal choice. The problem is Palin has even less experience, and has judgment issues. She's been found to have abused power by the ethics commissioner in Alaska. That shows a serious character problem too.

She has the highest approval rating of any oher governor, seems to me like you chose a side and are closing your eyes and going with it...but thats your choice.

She has little experience at national or international level. On the national level, she has less experience than Obama. She has been found guilty of power abuse in Alaska. I am not a Democrat. She and the Republican handlers misused donations. In my mind, that is the same as spending Christian ministry money for air conditioned dog houses, like Jim Bakker did. She has serious character flaws.

Google search for Sarah Palin and abuse of power and you should find news articles about the ruling from ethics commissioner. She needs to use common sense. It is wrong to wildly spend money that has been donated to a party. Those who are faithless in small things should be rulers of nothing.
