Idk, even 3m diving boards can be scary if you miss-judge them, You can get internal bleeding which could become very dangerous, You may not eve relises you had sustained a bad injury until it was too late. Or you could quite easily tear your liver. Point is that if you land flat in a bad way the water briefly reacts like a solid.
