I wish somebody would make a video just on the Core Meltdown at Atomic Island. My opinion, that's the best part of the Atomic Island level. Its my favorite level especially because of that, and also the height limit is so far up, Preytor and Raptros can fly up and up till you literally can't see the ground anymore. Also the Reactor Vent and energy-filling Power Plant is cool too.

He was real good at it, and i always hated it when he would throw something with a point that acts like a spear cause he used that to slow me down. @epicrapbattle8122 Yeah Preytor's the best character for up-close combat. If you continuously punch with him four times, then pause and keep doing that, he'll keep attacking an enemy till it's defeated. You have to time it right and it doesn't work well on the robots, unless they're trying to throw something at you instead of punch you.

@superbronxbabe You can get new stuff with endurance mode by getting thousands of tokens (I recommend Preytor because he can repeatedly punch enemies till they go down) or go through Adventure Mode (again I recommend Preytor) and the last level can be repeated many times for about 30000 tokens each time. Go to the Unlocks section on the game menu to unlock stuff.

This game is awesome! They really need to update this game and put it on PSN, since another PS2 game called Beyond Good and Evil is being updated and going to be put on the PSN(and Xbox Live Arcade) next year, which is the first time a PS2 game will be put on the PSN. So I hope they do the same for War of the Monsters. The sad thing is that the developer who did this game(Incongito Entertainment) don't exist anymore. They become defunct in 2009. So Sony will have to get another developer...

As I use to do: Use Robo47. Get special attack by picking up blue and red orbs. Then hold the aim buttons (R1 & L1) for about 2-3 seconds. It will then aim, and follow your apponents. This makes Robo the ultimate killing machine. I always uses this one.

Just to mention, here's some moves:

-down + square= send flying in place

-up + square= punch to a distance

-down + triangle= send flying (same as in the end of a combo)

-up + triangle= stun (use it to easily pick up your opponent)

-doubletap up and hold= move fast

-doubletap up= rush attack

So I opened the case and there it was, war of the monsters in the case with the game I mainly opened the case for. I cleaned the disc and beat the game on hard mode less than an hour.
