I believe M-spec Nur is more or less final edition before the R34 discontinued. I basically adds a few special colour. and engine was I believe has the N1 turbine. (More durable, more boost potential??) Also Chassis tuning to make it more driver friendly than previous Vspec/ Vspec II.
