that guy without the seatbelt is not icelandic.. thats a video from most shocking, its in texas or something, where a cab company had cameras in the cars for the cab drivers safety and so they could be kept an eye on.

im from iceland, and this is all very true. I often wondered how many tourists have accidents because theyre not used to it, we already have a bundle from safe driving folks.
