I am a 61 yr old man and I've been to a couple of rodeos and county fairs in my time and I continue to be amazed at how such perceptive wisdom comes out of such young fellows like I see here. How does that happen, exactly? The stuff they're saying are ideas I simply did not "get" until I was well into my fifties. Onward young dudes. Please continue.
@50tbug It's the interwebs! It makes us smarter faster (if we use it to communicate, learn, etc. and not watch reruns of Family Guy on Hulu... not that I do that. It was just an example. Ok I do, but I learn stuff too! =)
@TVPchallenge I agree. I was somewhat dyslexic when I started rping in the 9th grade trying to write like edgar allan poe. After so much practice and trolls to hate on my writing to keep the teenager motivated, I became very well skilled at now age 21.
In my opinion, there is no "gene" for violence because violence is an "emotion" and emotions are "thoughts." While physical sensitivity can be genetic, the act of violence is emotional which is based upon how a person "thinks" ABOUT things.
You are correct in that violence is evolved by the specific environment in which a specific person grew up and/or lives in.
The Zeitgeist Movement is a GREAT idea! :o)
Please see the video response about Jacque Fresco explaining Spiral Dynamics Integral.
Thanks for your dedication. Very good stuff. This (education) and dialogue is what the movement really needs - especially since Occupy Wallstreet and the like.
Great little chat. It's amazing how easily we have accepted the notion that it's our own 'human nature' that makes it impossible to create a better world.
I wrote peter also asking him to take a stand on this, maybe most important, point. Joe Rogan made that point up in his show with peter but when he answered him he couldn't finish because he skipped to another topic.
This is great you all. I wish I could get something like this going where I"m from. You seem calm and well collected and are able to respond to questions thoughtfully with a clear presentation and voice. Wonderful.

The most difficult thing (and most important) is that money isn't real. It's just a human abstraction.

@23lFrench Miss read your comment completely. My sincerest apologies. I read it as 'this guy is going too far'.

Agreed. The environment created by the monetary structure has disillusioned most . Nurture always trumps ones ideas of human nature.
