@TheGisydepp idk if hers are wearable.these are: tack glue items in place and basic frame(too much glue or thick items can not go through a laminator)also add all coloring and glitter. then take the wing to have it laminated.really good ones can go for 60+.this way only uses about 10 in materials then cost of laminating...call ahead to see size of their machine first.arranging multiple wings on a single sheet saves money! then use a thicker through punched holes makes them wearable and moveable.
@Vampkiki beads and lace or ribbon streamers can be added later after laminating for a cuter 3-d effect. also instead of nylons or hosery like a lot of the turtorials on here suggest...colored easter basket wrap and/or netting or tulle will create some nice textures under the lamination sheets if you dont want to use skeletons leaves...
