He's intellectual, don't get me wrong. But read "Is Bill Cosby Right" and read between the lines. He's using his position as a intellectual to cash in on the hip hop game to make a name for himself. I believe that Dyson can do better than shooting the messenger. Yes, he does defend the N word like it's a global phenom, but the N word started here in the USA with black folks. The point he fails to make is that we must stop using the word period if we want negativity to cease.

I disagree on the idea that MED is a part of the "elite", because if he was he would be a part of beourgious existince. Most of the beourgious brothers and sisters have a condenscending scope of people in poverty; being oblivious to the social structures that slows down their advancment, which they may have been fortuante enought to bypass.
