  • how much horse does that have because i know were a 1755 sits with a 1955 motor in it

  • @darkninetailedfox The 1755 was rated at 87 horsepower without a turbo. The 1855 had 98 horsepower with a turbo and the 1955 had 108 hp. The 1955 is the better of the turbocharged tractors since it had a bigger oil cooler.

  • just looking at your olly i have one 1755 we were doing a tug of war and twisted the axil off on the left side you should come to my channel and see the poor thing i have to get parts to fix it. i do like the tractor.

  • Beautiful farm, reminds me of the farms we had when I was little.

  • What engine?

  • Stock engine... 310 ci Waukesha inline 6 diesel.

  • Thanks, I had to look that one up. Ive never heard on that engine before. I love finding diesel I havent heard off!!!

How the power, durablity, fuel usage, etc?? Do you like the engine (Im guessing yes)?

    Thanks man!

  • It's a good engine in naturally aspirated form. The turbocharged ones had trouble, particularly the 1855s. The rod bolts had a problem letting loose and making a window in the block. It's just a little small to use as a puller against IH 1066s and the JDs with 466s and 531/619s.

  • Okay, thanks for the info! Sounds like a good work engine.
