i love this woman, i've seen no one whose attempt to fit in her shoes is succesful. Though i love the idea of this guitar-vocal version, unfortunately it seems ar 2:32 she gets back to the singing some measures too early, and its a bit weird till the guitar catches up at 2:46. i guess it can happen to anybody, she is great, and the guitar guy is surely a hell of a musician

All blood elves WERE the alliance, even after arthas's attack on quel'thalas, they joined the horde because there was a human captain that was a dick (forgot his name, something with a G) and tried getting rid of the remaing elves by sending kael'thas into a suicide mission, then the naga and illidian rescued them, later they joined the horde. play warcraft 3

Spoiler alert:

High Apothecary whatshisface and Varimathras betrays her and take over the Undercity, leaving the Forsaken that were still loyal to the Horde (Sylvanas among them) as refugees in Orgrimmar.

Players must embark on a quest chain that ends up in an epic scripted battle for the Undercity - Horde players deal with Varimathras himself and go in through the gates while Alliance players must take the route through the sewers to take on the Apothecary master.

She doesn't hate her sister. If you've done this quest, you know that after singing the lament, she picks up the pendant anyway. Her sister "died" (there's been no confirmation of Alleria's death yet), defending the Alliance in Outland. There is even an outpost in her name.

BTW, the High Elves were part of the Alliance, so Sylvanas did fight on behalf of the Alliance, but all we saw of her was her defending her home.

That's just not true, Sylvanas fought togehter with her sisters for the Alliance during the Second War against the Orcish Horde, that invaded Quel'Thalas and burned their forests.
