  • You can never say, "Did you went _____" You can only use the helping verb "did" with the simple form of the verb, "go."

    Do you go to school? (present tense)

    Did you go to school? (past tense)

    Mr paul I Would Ask Something If You Don't Mind .

    as you explained those verbs i've got confusing when i want to ask someone about something has done or happened in past .. for example :

    Did You Went To u.s.a Last Month

    Is my sentence correct now or should i say

    Did You Go To u.s.a last month

    sometimes i try to avoid to ask by using did
