OMG. I so wished I had seen this 30 years ago. It would have made my life so much easier to understand why I have lived the way I have. I could never understand my detachment and acceptance of the way things are. No, it doesn't mean that things haven't hurt, or that I haven't erred, but it does explain why I reacted the way I did, and continued on. @KGoben Thanks. A 30 (even 10) years ago you wouldn't pay attention to this because there is a time for everything. First time I opened Castaneda's book about 15 years ago but I couldn'r read it. But I've got a feeling that there is some hidden knowlege. I was reading different books that time and was living real life. Later some day I reached stage when I was ready and I ordered all his books. But this information works like a puzzle: than more bits you manage to put together -

I would love to talk to someone who managed to implement this knowledge in the real life but I don't think that it will make any real difference in my life.

In "The ring of power" Castaneda is writing that he is jumping from a cliff...
BUT
If you ask me the books from him inspire me a lot; especially sentences like you are reading in this video.
But I think he invented(?) a lot as well. The books are very romantic!
