@youngfuture901 Yes, but but I do them kind of sloppy because it's hard to keep balance. I do them against the wall to get a quick workout and not worry about busting my ass!
hi dude. i'm a coach. well trainer in other words. i've built my way from breakdancing to free running to mens gymnastics. to freestyle. basically any body movment, i've basically adapted to all, sorta like a mixed martial artist but about body training.. if you need any tips just comment..
If you stick with it long enough, eventually your pecs get so strong only upside down pushups will do. Back in high school I built my way up to that level.
If you are still a teenager, it takes roughly 2 months to get there, to do about 7 or 8, after 4 months, you can be up to 20.
Not gymnastics; just a ridiculous amount of pushups over the course of months.
amazing balance! you must have incredible core strength. Im impressed! How did you get there? I workout at the gym and play soccer, so i need that type of strength. Any advice?
Very cool! Weird. I lift weights a lot and have strength. But I have always sucked or been naturally not good at lifting my own body weight. My trainer says its in part b/c I'm 6/4 but not sure if thats true.
Damn it. Every so often I see someone do something and say to myself "I can do that if I practiced" in which case I become obsessed and think of almost nothing else until I accomplish my goal. This video is one of those things. Now I have to do this. I have to. I hate you.
First of all i wanna say I could so kick your ass. I hope you know that..... Yea right anyways mad props man... Looks like you have devoted alot of time and sweat into what you do and you have my respect...
it shouldn't be too much stress on his back because his lower body doesn't weigh much compared to deadlifting. Also arching to some extent is can be good but too much is not so good.
Nice work in the video mate, i need to build up again because i have been sacrificing many things in my life in order to rebuild my finances and one of those things was my gym membership. I will be going back to swimming next week, but what are some of the best exercises i could do at home using household items to build my chest, bicep and tricep area's ?????
Any good tricep ans shoulder strentgh workouts? I tried some stuff with dumdbells and reached 87 consecutive pushups but still i'm unable to do a single handstand or one hand pushup..
It works the core as you a holding yourself vertical thus using the spinal and abdominals muscles to stabalize. Better if you can manage it without a wall support but much much harder.
how u can make push ups and keep stay?

your trainer is tRue(but it is just a one factor)... ***** lower your bOdy fAt percentage to 5%-8%
****Set your BMI to 19.7 to 23.8
***do body weight exercise even in low reps and sets (until it flourish)... it can help you to lift your own body weight a lot...

I have a question. I know that your feet are resting on the wall, but is it not dangerous for your back to be arched like this anyway?

Get two dumbells and an excercise ball, that's all you need for pecs, bi/triceps.
