You're arguement is shit. Oscar lost to some of the best fighters in his era. He lost to Trinidad, Hopkins, Shane Mosley(twice), and Floyd Mayweather. He also came close to losing to Pernell Whitaker, and Ike Quartey. And in my opinion, he lost both of those fights. So he's never been a great fighter, and he's never beaten any all time greats.
Pac Man has beaten Barrera, Morales, and Marquez. So he's proven that he's a great fighter. And he'll probably beat Oscar on december 6th.
