  • Holy shit !!!!!!

  • Holy hell!!! That dude is fuckin strong!!

  • "Expert"Village is usually pretty horrible for education, but you have to admit, this guy is strong. Not amazingly strong, but definitely strong.

  • fake

  • @biagiotti2006 ??????????????????

  • @biagiotti2006 whats fake about it?

  • What purpose does the "SHH" serve?

  • @axelnemeth its a breathing method used so you dont start feeling fatigued as fast when your in the middle of your rep, martial artists use this method when sparring

  • @axelnemeth Its to control breathing. Ok, more like exhaling really hard when flexing muscles. Its supposed to help your muscles get more oxygen.

  • @axelnemeth helps get more oxygen to your muscles, and helps keep you less fatigued.

All bodybuilders, weight lifters, and fighters do them because it helps prevent injury, and prolongs your workout.

  • this is nothing i do one hand pushups on my fists on hardwood floor and my feet are closer together. and i can do the neck exercises too. this guy thinks hes so cool but i am cooler:P check my vid if u dont believe me

  • @nickav1987 give a link to your video pls :)

  • How does this help with combat sports at all?

  • What's up with the "tschiii" ?

  • its god damn so hard!

  • Raziel132 yea thats true about one handed push ups but you should be already very strong enough to be able to do it safely. u can work on those muscle working with a heavy bag boxing also. one hand push ups and that other video of this guy with that ball are dangerous exercises.

  • push ups alone will give you the same strength.. no need to get too complicated. just do as many push ups as you can do every other day

  • @Michigan1453 Not rly. After long time of training i can say regular pushups and 1 hand explosive ones are different thing.Regular pushups develop strength in chest and triceps while 1 handers strike fast twitch muscle, obliques and lats too.

  • yo hago eso y m como er piso xD

  • OMFG...PLEASE tell me this is a joke. That's not a one-armed pushup, that's more like a one-armed BOUNCE! Fail.

  • @Edsta92 To bounce you must exert force and push, this is harder to do than a push up, since the range of motion is smaller.

  • no pain no game mutherfuckers. I gotta start training on these 1 arm pushups, i can do 1 arm chinups U CAN SEE ON MY VIDEO. But these 1 arm pushups i gotta start getting on those more so i can pump out MADDD REPS BABEYYY YEAAAHHH.

  • isnt tjhat bad for your shopulders?

  • @thomaskacken no actually thats how u build ur shoulder muscle..guess your too much of a bitch ta do these pushups huh?

  • @thomaskacken its probly gonna make ur shoulders sore till they adjust to them bro. But after that ull be pumpin out reps like mutherfucking gorrilla in the jungle

  • lmao you blatantly didnt break your wrist.. :S if you broke your wrist you would be in too much pain to type :L twaaattttyyy kins

  • pfft cock pushups are harder.

  • @6robyc nice TD reference,

  • @skwerl23 what?

  • @6robyc

    well fucking duh

  • I'm 5'7, weight 210 pounds and I only use my fingertips to do that

  • @pigri107 I'm 4'2, weight 98 pounds and I only use my penis to do that

  • how is this a push up? title is misleading

  • @cmak5 expert village is misleading.. they're not experts at anything haha

  • Is that the expert village in Mexico?

  • i love this guy

  • lol im sorry what ws your name again?? lmao can anyone understand that??!!!

  • @naynos his name is vihjdoiu dhoaddosqnww ... duh...

  • comon man this is not even a PUSH UP

  • the floor.

  • That's not a push up...

  • @AlexanderRight It's a variety of push-up. It's not a standard push-up, and nobody ever claimed that it was.

  • Unfortunately, you cannot train your chin. How many times have we seen conditioned bodybuilders get knocked out in the first round of a fight.

  • @187prettyboy where can I see that happen? I have been looking all over the internet looking for bodybuilders fighting but didnt find any. well only 1 but it sucked. the bodybuilder got beat by a martial artists 100lbs lighter

  • @187prettyboy what are you talking about man? name some "bodybuilders" who fight... plus you can train your neck and jaw muscles to take a punch better.

  • @DANIAC262 wth? jaw muscles have little to do with how good a boxers chin is. You are either born with it or not. Doesn't matter how hard Klitchsko trains, he will always have glass chin. And other lazy trainers like David Tua, who come into a fight unfit (and no jaw training, ridiculous isn't it, jaw training pffft), and he has iron chin.

  • I'm going to show something about da da da da... 0:01

  • i dont wanna fight with this guy

  • LETS FIGHT.

  • @On1L1nk LOL. You're a joke if you think that. :P

  • @13andincrediblycut I don't think that makes any sense in this context. The argument still stands. Video or stfu...

  • @On1L1nk Too bad! Even if I don't upload the video(which I will)I still don't have to shut up if I don't want to. lmao

  • @13andincrediblycut True...But still. It started as funny and now it's just not cool going to all these people's videos and being a douch and trying to diminish their efforts. lol lmao rofl and all that shit

  • @On1L1nk Um....Your point?

  • @13andincrediblycut If after all this you still haven't gotten my point, then you're helpless. Do whatever you want. You know what they say about arguing on the Internet...

  • @On1L1nk No, what do they say?

  • @13andincrediblycut Well, it's kinda like the Special Olympics. Even if you win, you're still retarded.

  • @On1L1nk We're not trying to win or lose here. :)

  • I tried it just now. It was very difficult yet a lot of fun! I could do only 4-5 poor repetitions! But because it was fun maybe I should practice it more often!

  • I'm proud of you.

  • Wow this is really hard.

  • i have to try this

  • Gilson "The Barbarian" Oliviera! Love the videos!

  • i just broke my wrist trying to do that.....

  • @hugoxcorpion what hand you typing with? :P

  • @hugoxcorpion really?!

  • @hugoxcorpion XD ikr

  • @hugoxcorpion =)))))))

  • Ok, let me see those pushups now

  • Always a silly way out of things just stick to doin press ups pull ups sit ups

  • @Marinejoey1 there is a difference, however. its like the difference between a power clean and a dead lift. one works explosive strength and one works continuous strength. explosive strength can be better for sports since acceleration of your body/body parts is critical, while continuous strength is better for overall strength for say moving furniture, etc.

  • tssschh

  • @zerzt lmaoo..i kno rite

  • remember people .. when u do push ups your body stay straight and your head too

  • wasn't you soppose to do like....push ups? i didn't see you bow your arm

  • @Alesandros356 he pushed up onto the platform.

  • @brayden12345

    .

No he didn't he bounced up onto the platform...he used momentum to get there. A proper one arm push-up is much more difficult than that.

  • I am 165 lbs, and I can do 7 one arm push ups..is this good?

  • @CasPioneer it's soso, some people can't do a single one, some people can do more. you're not really at a weight where i'd say that it's a miracle you can do 1, so 7 is not THAT much.

  • @waldomarek . well more heavier more harder to do push ups

  • @CasPioneer if you're heavier, you should also have more muscle mass to make up for your weight.

  • CHH!! Poh!

  • Did it! My face is in four parts now.

  • If you build your wrist up, u shouldnt have a problem

  • well, plyometrics are supposed to be quick in motions and can hurt ur body if ur strength is not enough to handle this kind of exercise. that's why u need to build up the foundation for this 1st

  • very bad for the wrist

  • @Affael everything that uses that hand position is bad for your wrists, its irregular

  • hes probably brazilian

  • this is what fucks up your wrist.

  • Any time there is pain there is gain, if you do this and your wrist hurts the next day then that means when it heals you'll be able to take more. Unless you break it then there is nothing wrong with doing it.

  • @coldblood274 pain is NOT nessesarily gain dude...

im not telling anyone to not do this exercise matter fact what you wanna do

  • looks like a good way to fuck up your wrist

  • Ey My 6 Yr old cousin can do dis shit it's crazy

  • damn i gotta do that shit

  • STABILITY MOTHERFUCKERS

  • these arnt pushups!!! go to ur mama!!

  • Question-- how does this help w/ any combat sport?

  • fuckhead

  • ???

  • That's not even a push up. It's a hopping shrug, if you want to call it something at all. I have to say, this video is an embarrassment to expert village.

  • seriously wat is up with all these advertisements on the internet lately? i have enough with the commericials, i dont need them right b4 i watch porn (jk i dont watch porn...or do i?)

  • fkn 1min fken vids

  • I like it!

  • his one arm is bigger thanthe other

  • Nah... it's just the clip is stretched, so when he holds his arm vertical to the ground it seems bigger, but if he holds it parallel it looks thinner! Maybe he stretched it to make himself look bigger HA HA HA!

  • omg the ground makes air sounds!

  • this i easier than it looks ppl

  • wtF? those arms! naturally-formed biceps! way much better than that of the steroids users

  • natural always looks better than roid junkies! /salute

  • @E1337Si I'm not saying this dude's on the juice but you can't always tell who's on it when. obviously bodybuilders use steroids for mass, but they also eat and train for it. many athletes do occasional cycles for increased strength and endurance, they just don't train or eat for size because that's not their goal. this is what I hear from my fighter friends anyway...

  • @umbilicaltapeworm When fighting: the more muscle mass you have, the more oxygen you have to supply to your cells. Without endurance, being bigger yields rapidly diminishing returns.

  • @Vikingbrute when doing anything actually but ya muscle requires lots of oxygen.

  • @E1337Si most cover models in magazines are on steroids and they arent huge.. steroids help recover after workouts and help maintain muscle when on low calories. they only make you big when you train very heavy, eats tons of food and have the genetics to get that big. if you dont train that way with out without steroids you can have a great looking body that in no way resembles ronnie coleman

  • yeah u must be have a low body fat percentage and you may use ur abs and get them into a 6 pack through everyday things. ur lucky =]

  • You're so skinny that your very very little muscles pump out.

  • 346element

everybody has ab's (or a 6 pack) EVERYBODY. even fat people

its just that you have a low body fat percentage, where as most people have a layer of fat covering their 6 pack

however, i dought you have a defined/ripped 6 pack. You need to work out for that

  • doubt*

  • @GUIT4RHER04LYF

one arm push ups? touch your chest to the ground and keep your shoulders parallel to the ground, that's a one arm push up. It requires quite a bit of core strength, and "almost 6 pack" sounds like you are either chubby, or have a weak core.

  • my comment wasnt about this and chubby? lmao.

  • your first comment where you were like I'm 13 and almost half a six pack or sometihng

  • idk what ur on about and idk what ur first comment was on about..

  • not quite what i was expecting and probably easier than a full motion one arm push up but never the less probably a great way to tone up and train to do the one arm push up

  • that's not what it is. that's a one arm plyo press. Still, all good.

  • i always thought people spread their legs like that because they couldnt do 1 arm push up, but its actually for balance.

  • ofcourse, doenst matter if your legs are speard or closed, your still gonna weigh the same

  • Omg !!! how did u build THOSE BICEPS ?!?!? i want these loooooonnggg ago and still making it with dumbbells !!! someone please help ?

  • Hey

there are many things you have to pay attention:

    Your nutrition

    training

    and above all your body's

  • Jusan Derbagwegagauaum?

  • kkkchhhii boom kkkchhhii boom kkkchhhii boom

  • This seems more like a speed and power kind of push-up rather than a strenght and endurance one, such as traditional push-ups.

  • im sore just watching

  • @TCIstuff youre deaf

  • Comment removed

  • No.. The reason you make that noise also is because your brain needs both Oxygen, and Blood. If one of those gets cut off from the brain.. Its useless. thats why in MMA and stuff when you get choked out you lose hearing, eye sight, and ofcourse you fall asleep. So when you breathe like that or grunt while lifting its giving your brain oxygen to keep strong. In boxing it helps me keep a rythm too.

  • i was told it gives blood/oxygen THROUGHOUT the whole body, but yes, also true facts there.

  • It also prevents/reduces blood pressure spikes. Which could have seriously damaging effects.

  • could you give me an example of that? because im not sure what you mean? unless its like a small ammount of time where the brain needs more blood and doesnt get it due to lack of breathing.

  • Its the equivalent to holding your breath and doing heavy exertion. (Your face gets red, break capillaries etc, but only under long strain). When your doing something like punching, heavy lifting, or any sort of heavy exertion, if you don't control your breath, the air pressure inside your lungs becomes high, which in turn increases the pressure on blood vessels inside the lungs. Although the time period is small, the pressure is high. High enough to rupture smaller blood vessels (ie Brain).

  • The risk is small if your healthy, but if for example, you have some preexisting condition, or are under the effects of blood thinning medication or agents the risk is much greater.

  • That's scary.

  • And you have no idea what you're talking about.. The quick exhalation is done to release a bit of air, but at the same time maintain the pressure in your abdomen and diaphragm. This protects you from a hernia, or a rectal release, but it also exterts an extra amount of force when issuing a strike via forced relaxation and kinetic linkage... Facillitative precipitation..

  • couldnt of been said any better thumbs up mate

  • thanks for explaining, i will have to Google some of does terms right there. ^^

  • wow. Use simpler words for the dumb to understand :D

  • id like to see full range of motion

  • is it called : expiration

  • exhilation dont you mean?

  • I have a question. What is that sound he makes every time he moves his hand? No offence, I just want to know? Does it help anything?

  • yup it helps

  • its the same noice a boxer makes when they throw a punch. its a habit to keep so you do not pass out, when your heart rate increases.

  • its like kii's in martial arts, the wierd yelling, its supposed 2 give 15% more power. or how wieght lifters make that grunting noise..same thing.

also helps when gettin hit in the chest so you do not get the wind knocked out of you. what the other guys told you is also correct in my oppinion

  • Thanks for the replies but can you teach me how to do it, then?

  • well, kii's are hard to explain, it also takes time.

but for the simple breathing that boxers, and he does.. breathe in the nose, out the mouth.

for example on a push-up, when you are going down, breathe IN thru the nose, while pushing ur body up, breathe OUT of the mouth. and make long breathes in,short breathes out. the short breathes will make that noise like this guy does. EVERYONE makes different noises. jus give it a try, its quite easy after awhile.

  • Thank you, really. That was good help.

  • you actually are right about the chest thing...when i box against someone i breathout when i punch or get punched...im out of breath but saves me from getting winded

  • um hes breathing out...

  • I can do one!

  • What an amazingly strong guy.

Well, I better start doin some push ups.

  • that is a lot harder then what that looks

  • lololol

  • absolutely senseless !!!

  • wtf was that? lol

  • I dont really understand what this is supposed to do considering your arms are extended. Where do ur elbows compromise?

  • his elbows arent hyper extended so your muscles will always be engaged if his elbows were hyper extended then this would be a worrying video to come from any trainer

  • they don't need to, you will use your core muscles to move up and down

  • no... just body strength and conditioning.

  • Lol we got another retard shoutin' steroids, cus he see's a bit of muscle!

  • Joint Problems

  • you can start out with it no matter how strong you are, just push from an elevated platform and work down with time

  • He did warn us to make sure to have a good foundation. I'm going to try this drill see how well I do.

  • 1:00, still waitin for the one arm push up

  • This clip needs subtitles.
