Though cocaine and other substances will still be feeding the cartels money, though not nearly as much.

The only real way to end this, as it was said on an Anderson Cooper interview with a cartel member, is to end the demand for drugs, especially in America. Either Americans and other people stop using drugs, which is unlikely to happen, or legalize marijuana. Though cocaine and other substances will still be feeding the cartels money, though not nearly as much.

Back in the day China had the same problems with opium and their solution was genocide they killed all the drug addicts and the dealers. But they still have drug addicts
