  • Medicare typically does not pay for standers, but Medicaid has. The coverage depends on your state, and a good letter of medical necessity from your doctor or PT. There is a lot of info on funding the EasyStand website if you want to learn more.

  • There are standing frames and standing wheelchairs. Jadian has an EasyStand Evolv standing frame. There is a lot of information on funding on easystand . com

  • keep up the good work, I have l-1-2-3-4 & 5 fused, although I didn't have a complete injury, but if you haven't tried Water Therapy, for goodness sakes, give it a shot, insurance will pay for it, you're weightless in water and if you have any sensations at all you will benefit from water therapy, I finally was able to get out of a chair and use a walker to get around, something my doc said I would never do given my age (58), so keep up the faith and good work, and Please try the water therapy!!!
