@biddlybongbong - Freecoaster hub is a mechanism where there are no 'poles' acting against the driver when the wheel spinning backwards. It basically allowes you to ride fakie without having to pedal backwards. They're great fun! :)

no...the only thing you might have to change on a freecoaster over time and use is the crank, crank arms, and sprocket if needed, but most hang out and last.

well yea it depends how hard you will be on yours. i have one, im pegless and do fakie tricks all the time, and the only thing i do is take a cotton swab and clean around the locknut and bearings.
