ive done ear draining, it doesnt hurt that much. ofcoarse you'll feel it, but I think it depends how big ur cauliflower ear is

how do u get it?? i know its from grappling but i see wrestlers who never use head gear and there ears are fine is it cuz there extra caucions or does it occur if ur like in a choke per-say and they squeeze on ur ear for too long??

@badsssssss It's a major rupture inside your ear that fills with blood. I have yet to get cauliflower ear, but I know kids that are around 10 that have already got it.

@badsssssss You can still get it with headgear if it's pulled over your ear and folds your ear with it. It's more common with grapplers simply because their heads tend to get squeezed or compressed more often, but it is when something ruptures in your ear do to a large amount of stress put on it and the rupture leaks blood into your ear.
