  • This is an excellent song to an absolute beautiful movie. Very moving indeed. This was one of my favorite songs while I was in high school. Neil Diamond really knew what he was doing when he recorded this one! He is to be commended! I saw this movie when it was released in the theatre and not one soul sat still!

  • I think the timing was just perfect.

  • damn you people "post fighting" on the youtube comments.fighting over decades.we're all gonna die

  • The song actually was not in the movie. But the song was for sure based on the movie. In the 70's we did not have it any better so we thought the picturese were great. Funny I still think they are....

  • omg thanks for posting this! ive been looking for this song forever!!!!

  • FUCK U WHOREGAY BECAUSE I JUST FLAGGED YOU. Deal with life and like it. And i'm flagging you too

  • @leakesonasucs

Welcome to the fucking 80's, moron. That's how things were. Corny. Cheesy. We had no fucking technology, and assholes like you wouldn't be able to hide behind the fucking computer, acting like a big tough guy, because back in the 80's you had to man up or go home.

People like you were handled with a knuckle sandwhich and a pair of sneakers on the telephone wires, you punk.

Thank God the 80's ended; You'd have a bloody nose and I'd steal your girflriend.

  • @whoregay Hey, Dude - my Grandma says the song was in the movie.

Man, why all this shit you talk about back in the 80's - Man that was the olden days. Hey,

asshole, did you like listen to Bing Crosby back then.Hey, do you know how to, like use a cellphone or text someone? Your really really old you asshole. Listen to your CD's on a gramaphone back then you dumbfuck?

Hey, really funny - you tube has a band called the New Romantics. Should be fucking called the Old Romantics.

  • @jankirstein Shut up.

  • @jankirstein no respect.

  • @leakesonasucs Freakin' moron.....the song is BASED on E.T.

  • This certainly brings back some fond memories!! It has been years since I have seen the movie or heard this song. Wow, a very nostalgic feeling.

Well done to you for putting this together! ;)
