I taped about 6 songs from Royal oak, Mich on the 2009 tour. He was having all sorts of trouble with his amps all nite. But I got some great stuff. One day I'll post it. maybe.
I'm impressed with your recorder being able to capture the sound. I saw Robin live last year and I know he plays incredibly loud. It's not easy to capture that golden tone he gets.
That guitar part he plays twice between 0:58 and 1:28 is just the coolest. Got my Strat out to re-learn it. Of course he's tuned down a whole step so I couldn't hit that last cord. I should tune it down and do it right. :)
i don't have the next, but i do have some more video's but they are'nt as clear as this one and most of them aren't very long.i will try to get them up as soon as possible.oh and i got to meet him and get my pic with him.you can see them on my myspace page,my url is poisonmamma

Robin was compared to Jimi in the early days. This video shows perhaps a gimpse of where Jimi may have gone ... and most certainly Robin did.
A master ... second to none.
Cheers, Frazzo.
