It's true. If we don't live the present moment, we don't really live at all. It's a bit tricky though. I've yet to practice living in the now more often. It's easy to be distracted by other worldly things like work, family,school, etc. I wish I could concentrate solely on spirituality and the inner life. Anyway, nice video!
