he started driving more with his back hip so he gets more down the mound and maximizes his velocity, if you wanna get him up to 95 or so work on his glove side he has it way to low and he is losing velocity u have more power if he hold it together longer your stronger whne your close even with your shoulders

Question arm strength is more for stamina and durability than velocity right?

@mikematij2 both. but it depends how you work it out. if you do it incorrectly it could hurt your arm
