  • I'm ashamed to live in a world that thinks like this O___O

  • FREEKYY 0.o

  • Does everyone have to be model perfect?

  • i wish i could take my view away from you

  • What about girls who ARE about as lovely as the billboard girl? I have seen a great many, and been with one. The little make up she added in the morning made a difference, but was not trans-formative. It's wrong for men OR women to fail to look after their fitness (keeping on the healthy, long-life, side below 'normal' weight) yet strive to correct it with make-up & clothes. Similarly, I dislike those who, discard thinking, yet work their mind to gain social (& academic) acceptance!

  • It is what inside the mind that counts!

  • one slow ass video...

  • They were beautiful and gorgeous before you messed with them.

  • kid ur an ass*!

  • the photoshopping on the "fat" one was terrivle you left her forearms untouched. but she's beautiful as is and really needed no retouching.

  • im glad they have photoshop! if i had to look at that original pic of that old hag in my magazines i just might vomit

  • @lashumbah your life sounds hard

  • @cammo6901 and absurd!

  • What's the name of the song?

  • I really don't see the point in doing this. These people are beautiful already.

  • what's the name of the first song you used?

  • @xXxxxxXx584 Hey, totally agree! I deleted the comment because I felt it was continuing a pointless debate. However, your point is very relevant!

  • Comment removed

  • The people saying beauty doesn't matter, are those who are ugly.

  • In the end beauty doesn't matter. In the end we are all old and wrinkly. :) Even the most beautiful people. And some of the effects cant even be fixed by operation so...Meh.

  • your fade and zoom effects pixellate the fuck out of the video, can't see shit, sorry =\

  • song name pl0x thx

  • i dont get it why everybody wants to be "beautiful" anyway. if ur not pretty, big deal. not everybody is beautiful, but so what? beauty is not everything in this world.

  • I wasted about two minutes before giving this one star and moving on.

  • this video defeats the whole purpose of the dove campaign! that they aren't models, and they don't need to be photoshopped!

  • The lady with the grey hair looks good for her age before the photoshop

  • >:/ she looked better with her WRINKLES now she looks like a 26 year old with a head ov grey and fat bags under her eyes!!!

  • This video is misunderstood, it's trying to show how the women looked before (healthy and beautiful) and how things like photoshop and retouching can distort our perception of beauty, because they women looked fine just the way they were

  • What a snooze-fest. That's 8 minutes of my life that I'll never get back!!

  • i dont get it. whats your point here?

  • @sarryface That photos can be so easily manipulated to make the model look beautiful.

  • And this is exactly why the campaign exists.

  • you're mean.

  • Wow, you missed the whole point of the ad campaign completely. Kudos on being a moron.

  • @fungipie I completely agree. I dont care if the whole ad campaign is just a way to make money. They are a company, that's what they do. But I LOVE dove for associating imperfection with beauty. Because we are all imperfect and we are all beautiful

  • the point of dove doing those ads was that these people are beautiful without being touched-up... you know, NATURALLY.

  • While I respect your photoshop skills you have essentially missed the point of the "real beauty" campaign.

  • Was the point REALLY missed? It looked spot-on to me. 'You don't need photoshop to be beautiful, because you already are'. (:

  • very good! I loved it!

    really!

you are very good on photoshop! ;)

  • Mate, grate job. Really interesting to see how you can change nearly everything.

    regards from Germany

  • I thought the women were fine before the photoshop. Good job using the program though.

pretty impressive. I wish i had photoshop in real life...just remove a roll here, add whiter teeth here.,

    haha.

  • you should think like that

  • i mean shouldn't ha ha sorry

  • i think they look ok as we all get old ....why lie to people .....life is a wonderfull gift.....as many dont have a chance to live

  • Don't you think that once these women have been transformed, they loose a lot of their natural charm? I love Dove adverts because they're real and I think that this video perfectly shows how people (especially women) are being brainwashed with media that promote fake beauty with no character in it. Well done here on the video and let's hope that one day the world will go back to the image of beauty from e.g. the 60's. :)

  • do people read descriptions anymore?

  • I dont think you people understand why the user did this video. it is to promote that everything we see is fake.. which means the user is supporting REAL women... see the whole video...

  • someone finally understood

  • Good job. I don't know why all y'all are getting so angry over this, you clearly don't have any idea of the percentage of ads in the media that get photoshopped the fuck out of. At least this person is just a simple youtube user who doesn't make a profit out of it.

  • And you're one to talk about real beauty aren't you? Hypocrites like you make me sick. Go do something useful for society, like commit suicide.

  • Comment removed

  • lmao, calm down, its just a photoshop edit, just go back into the kitchen, make a sammich and clean the house :)

  • You suck. Dove is trying to campaign real beauty. Not stupid photoshop beauty. You're making a laughingstock out of yourself. You should change the title, or just remove this video.

  • You totally missed the point of dove's campaign for REAL beauty didn't you; and you made the second woman look awful by trying to make her skinny.

  • i second that.

  • people like you are part of the problem

  • vaya primo

  • Dove made a campaign for REAL BEAUTY. You're an idiot. I hate you.

  • dove is using real beauty not making fake beauty.... what the heck are you talking about?

  • Complete waste of time,....photoshop isn't great for top-models! beauty comes from inside, not outside!

  • i don't see your point.

    stop making videos.

  • Wut did I learn from this? That I need more practice in 'spot the difference' games.

  • But They are already beautiful!

  • jajaja... Q BABOSADA este video... usa otras cosas para practicar en photoshop

  • WHATS THA SONG

  • totally unappropriate...

you should have shown your photoshop skills using other photos of people and NOT of the dove campaign...

i guess you just want this video to be talked about...with what you've done...

  • You are a complete idiot. What a waste of time. You have no brain. This campaign was designed to COMBAT the idiots who Photoshop the crap out of the subject. Ooh, you have some PSD skills.... Again, a complete waste of time and you really show your ignorance and "intelligence" ... damn, you pissed me off.

  • and your point..is...??????????????

  • I really don't think the user intended this to be disrespectful to the female form. Perhaps she was just highlighting that these pictures look so much more "real" than most we see purely because they haven't been doctored, not because the people have any less beauty. That's just what I think.

  • you do realize that the whole point of this campaign was that they're not models ("beautiful" unrealistically)- they are already beautiful?

    this is horrible. completely worthless.

  • this sucks

  • Whats the point of this video?! You are deafiting the poinf of this amazing campaign!!

  • If you look at who owns Dove, you will know that the campaign is not amazing - other than the fact that is is a great way to make tonnes of money!!

  • This is just stupid and totally the opposite of what the Dove campaign's all about.

  • This vid SUCKS BIG TIME ! It's not worth to rate such tedious, WORTHLESS, pointless video. You're humiliating the female individual in general. Instead of honoring her for who and what she is. Women were PERFECT before the goddamn photoshoppings. They were portrayed as they were. And that's how every woman should be. Reveal their natural beauty as a female individual and not some fucking skinny-ass (fashion/commercialized celluloid) doll.

  • wow this video sucks ass

  • Good Lord what a tedious video. The whole point could easily have been made in 90 secs instead of eight minutes. And what IS the point —that Photoshop can fix stuff, or that if women looked after their bodies more, and spent less time distracted by make-up & clothes, they could be nicer to look at. The latter makes more sense, but you never made that point... you jerk.

  • Duh, model can mean anyone who poses for something, not just a professional.

  • She's not a model... u dodo....

  • You do realize this defeats the entire purpose of the dove campaigns, right?

  • No it doesnt........... If u have seen the previous ads... u would understand....

  • Creo que esá bueno, pero muuuuy lento, por lo que torna muy tardado.

  • Women with long grey hair look wise and powerful. :)

  • GET TO THE POINT ! WAY TO LONG just show before and after zoom here and there and ur done. geezz

  • What are you rushing for? Why can't you just wait and watch?

  • When you are trying to send a message, the way you send it effects what people think. Your'e trying to make people think and to enjoy your video, macking it too long and with annoying unnesesary zoom ins people just get bored and ticked off. Thus people ignored your message and just remember how much they disliked the presentation. I'm not the only one who thinks its too slow, just read the other comments, does this person think we are stupid and has to go so slow? much youtube lubv! ;)

  • It's Far above the clouds from Mike Oldfield :) Great song ;)

  • does anyone know what song this is??

  • booring

  • this is waaaaay tooooo loooong

  • nice choice of music i like it

  • does anyone know what song this is?? the hindi one?

  • i often hear on the tv program america's next top model, to photoshop de models on the pictures costs a lot of money, but it seems that people who are familiar with photoshop or paint shop pro can do the same and do amazing on it.

  • on the second woman you made her head way too small.

I'm confused as to what your trying to say with this video. Okay so you kinda know how to use photoshop.....

  • Cont....(went over youtube character count)

Dangin retracted after Dove went ballistic, claiming that he had only done color correction. But this flat out contradicts his earlier statement.

  • Anyone even remotely surprised by this? The beauty industry are like a religion, they lie, cheat and wheedle the weak minded out of their money.

  • Don't get outraged over this photoshopping of the "Dove Beauties," since Dove itself does it. Last May a New Yorker article revealed that several of the Dove models had been heavily retouched. The words of the retoucher Pascal Dangin himself: Do you know how much retouching was on that....But it was great to do, a challenge, to keep everyones skin and faces showing the mileage but not looking unattractive.

  • who cares, so those pictures were photoshoped, the harsh reality is that a naturally perfectly beautiful woman is rare, even at this age of cosmetic surgey.

  • lol u twat

  • 1. you're really not any good at photoshop, anyone could so this.

    2. WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING TO THESE BEAUTIFUL WOMEN!?

  • This video is executed with a sense of extreme idiocy and bad taste. Maybe he should concentrate on extending his own small dick, if he wants to demonstrate his PS modification skills online. Its a load of spineless, shallow, media complicit shit.

Regardless to whether he agrees/disagrees that his PS modifications are for the better. The fact remains; he is exploiting these women, in horrible and humiliating ways (both of which are non-consenting participants) in his own video.

  • pointless video

  • I honestly think both the women you photoshopped looked so much more beautiful before you "fixed them."

  • you just ruined a great campain for self-esteem and true beauty. your the defintion of a fuckwit

  • I don't think you got the message of this whole Dove-advertisement-thing, u know? It's about natural beauty. This models were not shopped and it was supposed to say something. I mean it's good what you say in the end, but you could have used any other pictures than especially this ones from dove.. you know what i mean?

  • waste if time

  • dis is shit

  • i agree with smileystrawberry 100%

  • HI thanks! what was the name of the first song you played? is it indian?? thanks

  • "Jewel in the crown" from Mike Oldfield (on the album Tubular Bells III)

  • I liked the before pictures better than the after pictures.

  • This is amazing

  • All I can say is thank god for photoshop!

Nah, just kidding, can you imagine?

  • the first one was just as beautiful after as she was before.

  • eww the second one looked like she was malformed after he photoshopping, she originally looked way better.

  • What is the songs name? Thanks so much!

  • the second one its

    streets of philadelphia- bruce springsteen

  • those women were beautiful. before the photoshop. people need to stop comparing themselves.

  • look like a horror filme because the song scare me like the exorcisme off ugly ,old anf fat people

  • the 2nd girl looks so weird after they do the photoshop thing

  • How does this prove any kind of point and have anything to do with Dove? Besides you using Dove's photos, this does not prove or go against anything really.

  • I think they were 44 and hot, fit, wonderful, and gorgeous. they were beautiful before photoshop. they had real beauty.

  • Toooooooooooo slow

  • Hey. I think you did a great job!

Who cares if you're not a pro... you did a wonderful job at showing people need to stop comparing themselves to models and stupid superficial people.

    Looks won't last forever.

    Wonderful job!

  • wow..... that was insanely long and boring. did anybody actually sit through all of that?

  • hahaha no i skipped ahead n still didnt make it to the end. its good its jus too long

  • jaja i got bored && started reading comments =P

  • Same :P

  • hhahah! me too

  • you did a really good job .. and its true every single model is photoshoped they dont look nearly as perfect as they appear in magazines

  • Great message, but the same information could have been conveyed in half the time. But I really like it.

  • if you're going to comment; please make sure you watch the whole god damn thing? Saves us some misunderstanding. =]

  • the woman who has gray hairs in this video, she is really beautiful..she is the most beautiful old woman-i have seen in my life.. and i want to say 'REAL'beauty is trust urself..only trust and lets see what will happen.

  • I also think that you had a good intention so you guys stop making rude comments, he tried i think that counts and he is telling everyone to stop feeling ugly when looking in magazines

  • I honestly think that they all looked beautiful the way they were before photoshop

  • wow this is seriousely f***ed up

  • I think that it's incredibly ironic that you're using your photoshop skills on an add campaign that is against photoshop and fake women.

    just an observation.

  • Good luck next time.

    </3

  • I hope the point of this video is that magazine model's are touched up and portray an unrealistic "beauty", and not that you just made these people look better by changing them unrealitically.

  • you are totally killing the dove campaign. :|

  • this was waayyy to long of a video, d00d!!

  • Since when did the fake-ass plasticine look become attractive? I mean really?

  • since people started going to the plastic surgeon to look just like that

  • Good, but this could've been about 2 minutes long, not 8.

  • ahahah,i said the same!

  • they can all sit on my face...

  • Fine point, but overlong

  • All celebrities and top models have a professional photo re-toucher on staff and all pics are "fixed" "adjusted" and "tweaked" before being circulated into the big wide world. So that casual snap shot of the flavor of the month movie star or model has all little "imperfections" edited out. Women are comparing and judging themselves to an unrealistic and false world.

  • look im sorry but i dont think u understand the real meaning of that dove ad. i understand that ur point bout beauty magazines& photoshopping things r of people that r transformed in2 somethin they r not, but this ad is supposed to say that this 70 year old, 90 year old & average woman r all beautiful wit who they r & they dont need 2 b made into ano twigs or non wrinkled goddesses, but i understand ur point which is completely correct but u just hav the wrong dove ad, consider the onslaught ad.

  • you seem to have missed the point of this campaign somewhat

  • i think he is showing that pictures in magazines are fake and that you can make any normal person more "attractive"

  • Why are you fixing something from the dove campaign? The whole point of their campaign is to make women feel empowered with their natural beauty, and you're just screwing with it. You should try to find something else to photoshop, this is just morally wrong.

  • i think the moral of this story is how they can take natural beauty and manipulate it to fit the societal norm: that the women you see all dolled up in the ads could look just like what we would call "wrinkled"

try to think outside of the box every once in a while :)

  • I think the dove campaign at its heart is a wonderful thing. Real women, natural beauty, self acceptance & empowerment, A step outside of that shallow, false world. Wonderful.

Also just happens to be a very clever marketing campaign - to sell more stuff.

  • the second chicks head is TINY lol!

  • wtf!? do you think im ugley? why you little !&*$^ im gunna kill you!!!

  • this is not the dove campaign, the beginning was but not the photoshoped part. That part was made by the person who posted this video.

  • they looked better in the beginning, seriously. that was actually the point of the dove campaign :/ they're beautiful women!

  • dobar posao

  • whoever did this photoshop skills SUCK you made portions on the body wrong its like you did it in 5 minutes they looked better before you went and made them look rediculus

  • That's the point - portions in magazines are wrong all the time. Have you seen any of the Dove commercials?

  • Is this some kind of a joke?

  • you kinda just ruined the whole point of the advert...

  • i dont get what ur trying to say. this only makes me agree with the dove ad campaign..

  • Um...this video is just like the dove ad...I don't know why people are complaining about it. The messages are identical.
