it won't matter apparently if you place a disclaimer in the description box. Youtube does what it wants. I'm trying to find the person who sent me more information on copyright issues. Go to your account and somewhere at the bottom is a button, click "copyright". Just follow the prompts and youtube will ask you why they should restore anything "they" remove. I've been told they typically restore it without question but who knows as I see how "gung-ho" they are about their bloody site. Good luck!
