Regardless of it being fake, which it is, I like the concept of it. Unfortunately you'd probably lose more times than it working, it still is a clever idea. The hard part would be actually getting the medic to stop for a second and look at it. If someone sprayed in front of me while I was healing, I'd probably just disregard it and continue healing haha.
