waitt!!! wat if u put a little bit of water in the mouthwash and then u swish it in your mouth, will anythin bad happen? and i usually rinse my mouth again with just plain water once im done rinsing with the mouthwash, is dat bad too?

@daSkaterkiDgirl When u rinse with water after mouthwash, you are defeating the object of taking mouthwash in the first place as your swilling away all the fluoride! Thats the stuff that helps repair your teeth and protects them from decay ;) also dont rinse your mouth after brushing, just spit out the toothpaste ;)
